Who this program is for
The Accelerated fat loss program is designed for one thing, and one thing only: to drop body-fat as fast as metabolically possible, while also not destroying your metabolism.
In contrast to other fat loss programs that promise the moon, I don’t make that promise. I cannot guarantee that you will see it through, and while I can 100% guarantee results if you follow it, I cannot guarantee them if you slack off. I designed this program to facilitate consistent body-fat loss, but under the guise of not wrecking your metabolism with insane workouts or dieting. It does however, take insane consistency.
This program, while certainly strict, is not freakishly hard. The workouts aren’t crazy, the cardio isn’t killer. The power is in the consistency of doing it. If you follow it—if— then you should set yourself up for very consistent fat loss over a 3-month period.
How the program works
- You follow a strict calorie controlled diet over 90 days, alternating lifting days and cardio days.
- Fat loss is achieved through calorie/macro controls and intermittent fasting.
