I see this thing done incorrectly constantly, and it is frustrating because rotator cuff exercises are some of the most studied exercises in all of the rehabilitation in exercise science. We know how to do them correctly.
Rotator Cuff Exercises are small movements, why people think they’re supposed to do these explosively, I don’t know.
They’re not a mandatory part of training, but they are worth doing, especially if you do a sport that is highly stressful on the shoulders.
1-2 times a few sets is all you need.
