Speaking from the last 10 years training clients, I can assure that if you want arm growth, you MUST train them directly.

  • The program runs for 10 Weeks total
  • You will be training 5 Days Per Week
  • In Weeks 1-2, you will train arms with other muscle groups, meaning that you will COMBINE the arm workouts with the other scheduled workouts
  • In weeks 4-10, you will have separate days for your arm workouts
